Everything under one roof
Sauna, cold plunge, compression, red light, and a mobility floor — with a plan that tells you which ones to use and when.
Access is the easy part
Any of this equipment exists somewhere else. What does not exist in Jefferson City is someone telling you which of it you actually need.
Every member starts with a movement screen. If you want a plan, you leave with one in writing — which sessions, how often, in what order, for the specific thing you are trying to fix. Ninety days later we screen you again and show you what moved.
So use this page to see what is in the building. Then let the screen tell you what to do with it.
The core of it
Most members build their week around these three.
The Contrast Circuit
Hot, then cold, then again. Sauna followed by a short plunge, two or three rounds. This is what most people come for and the reason we built the room the way we did.
Cold Plunge
Two commercial plunges, held cold and filtered continuously. No appointment. Most people start at a minute or two.
Traditional Cedar Sauna
One large sauna seating eight to ten. Hot rocks, real steam, and built for conversation rather than solitude.
Everything else included
Available on Premier and above, with no limit per visit.
Infrared Sauna
Lower heat, longer sessions, seats two, with red light panels built in. For people who find the big sauna too intense.
Red Light
Panels in the compression lounge, so you can use them while your boots are running. Ten to twenty minutes.
Compression Recovery
Pneumatic boots for legs and hips, twenty to thirty minutes in a recliner. Included at every membership level.
Mobility & Movement
Turf, mirrors, and open floor. Where the Build part of your plan happens. Classes on a posted schedule.
Booked separately
Independent practitioners working in the building. Not part of your membership.
SoftWave with Derek Parker
Derek brings his SoftWave device to the studio on a posted weekly schedule, through his Columbia practice. Members and non-members welcome.
Licensed Massage
Our massage room is run by an independent licensed therapist. A lot of members pair it with a contrast session.
Not sure where to start?
That is what the screen is for. It is free, it takes fifteen minutes, and every member gets one.
