Two modalities per visit, booked before you come in. Sauna and cold plunge together — the contrast circuit — uses both. Includes your baseline movement screen and the ability to bring a friend for $25.
Premier
$168 / mo
Everything in Base, plus every modality we offer with no limit per visit, and a discount on SoftWave sessions. This is the one most people want.
VIP Experience
$300 / mo
Everything in Premier, plus a schedule built specifically for you and a weekly call with Derek or your coach to see how it is going. Limited spots.
Bringing someone with you?
Duo — $180 / mo. Two people, one address.
Household — $350 / mo. Up to four people age sixteen or older at one address. Each additional person $40.
Already a member?
Bring a friend anytime for $25. Nobody wants to try a cold plunge alone the first time.
Just visiting?
Day pass — $50. Full studio access, one visit. If you know a member, ask them to bring you for $25 instead.
Using it through work?
Some employers cover memberships for their teams. If yours might, send them to our corporate page.
Paying with an HSA or FSA?
Some members are able to use HSA or FSA funds for their membership with a Letter of Medical Necessity from their own provider. Eligibility is determined by your provider and your plan administrator, not by us — but we are glad to provide an itemized receipt.
