Infrared sauna with red light

Lower heat, longer sessions, and red light panels built in. Seats two.

How it differs from our cedar sauna

Our big cedar sauna runs hot — 180 degrees and up. That is the point of it, and it is not for everyone. The infrared cabin runs closer to 130. The heat comes from panels rather than from the air, which feels gentler and lets you sit longer.

What a session looks like

Most people do thirty to forty minutes. Red light panels are built into the cabin, so you get both in one sitting rather than moving between stations.

Who uses it

People who find the big sauna too intense. Anyone easing into heat for the first time. And members who want a quieter session — it seats two, so it is private in a way the cedar sauna is not.

How it fits your plan

Some people use it instead of the traditional sauna. Others alternate between the two. Your plan will tell you which makes sense for what you are working on.
